SantoriniBLU, LLC Cancellation/Refund Policy:
All cancellation and refund requests must be received in writing by SantoriniBLU, LLC between 91 and 120 days from you arrival to Santorini, Greece. Cancellation or refund dates are computed from the date of receipt of written notification. All cancellations are subject to a cancelation fee of $200 per person if received 90 days or more prior to your arrival in Santorini, Greece.
Cancellations within 90 days from your arrival to Santorini, Greece are non-refundable. Our tour is very specific and catered to our Group limit of 22 guests! Once you have paid your tour in full within the 90 day arrival date for your trip we are unable to provide any refunds!
SantoriniBLU, LLC makes substantial payments to our Vendors well in advance of your scheduled arrival date. SantoriniBLU,LLC will not guarantee recovery of any or all the advance payments made and our best efforts to recover these payments will not include the institution of any legal proceedings in foreign jurisdictions. In addition, SantoriniBLU, LLC is not responsible and will not refund any additional expenses of any kind you may have incurred should a trip be canceled (i.e., purchase of non-refundable airline tickets, visa fees, equipment, or additional accommodation). We are not responsible for any costs incurred as regards travel delays, flight cancellations, or sickness.
ADDITIONALLY SANTORINIBLU, LLC MAY AT TIMES ORGANIZE A GUESTS AIRLINE TICKETS, HOTEL LODGING, MEALS, ADDITIONAL TOURS AS THEY FIT OUR TOUR SCHEDULE. IN THE EVENT SANTORINIBLU, LLC ORGANIZES AND PAYS FOR ADDITIONAL PORTIONS OF YOUR TOUR, SANTORINBLU, LLC WILL NOT BE HELD REPONSIBLE FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS, LOSS OF AIRLINE TICKETS ADDITIONAL LODGING, MEALS, TOURS OR ADDITIONAL TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED BY AND PAID FOR BY SANTORINIBLU, LLC. ADDITIONAL ADD ON ITEMS WILL BE CHARGED AS ONE PRICE THAT WILL INCLUDE YOUR SANTORINI TOUR AND ALL ADDITIONAL SERVICES.
